What we collect

When you create an ArkiaMate account, we collect your email, name, and authentication details. When you practice, we store your conversations, voice transcriptions, and progress signals so Arkia can adapt to where you actually are.

How we use it

Your conversations are private to your account. We use them to power your personal mastery map and to serve session continuity. We use aggregate, anonymized telemetry (e.g., friction patterns across cohorts) to improve the engine for everyone.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your data. We do not train third-party LLMs on your sessions. We do not share your conversations with Elena herself unless you opt in (e.g., for Inner Circle session prep).

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from the dashboard. EU/UK users have GDPR rights including access, rectification, and erasure. California users have CCPA rights. Contact privacy@arkiamate.com for any data request.

Sub-processors

We use industry-standard providers (Vercel, Supabase, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, OpenAI for embeddings only, Resend, Stripe). A full list with purposes is available on request.

This is a working draft. The final policy ships with v1.0 launch and will be reviewed by counsel.
