Subscription

ArkiaMate is sold as a monthly subscription. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. We offer a 7-day free trial; cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.

Acceptable use

Use ArkiaMate for your own learning. Don’t scrape, redistribute, or attempt to clone Elena’s voice or method through the API. Doing so terminates your account and may trigger legal action.

Intellectual property

Elena’s method, voice corpus, and pedagogy are proprietary to ArkiaMate and licensed exclusively for the platform. Your practice content is yours. Aggregate, anonymized telemetry stays with us.

Refunds

Full refund if you cancel within the 7-day trial. After that, we prorate refunds case by case for clearly billed-in-error charges. Email billing@arkiamate.com.

Limitation of liability

ArkiaMate is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee specific learning outcomes — the engine adapts, but progress depends on practice. Maximum aggregate liability is the amount paid in the prior 12 months.
